7 Tips To Achieve Intense Focus That Will Help You Crack Government Exams

2. Have Some Leisure Time: Have a dedicated two-hour window for all the things your heart wants: Wanna talk to your friend? Push it to leisure time. Wanna scroll on Facebook? Include that in your leisure time. Wanna catch that TV series? leisure time is there!
3. Meditate: Meditation or some sort of mindful practice is a must for any student. Mindfulness practices help you observe your mind and what you are really thinking. Remember, don’t judge your thoughts; just observe.
4. Have Physical Activity: Studies have shown that intense exercise or physical activity helps keep you focused for long periods of time. Not feeling like studying? It is because you don’t get out and play!
5. Be Social: Just because you want to get good marks shouldn’t make you anti-social. Take that bicycle ride and talk to that stranger. If you are too scared, then maybe speak to your parents or grandparents for at least fifteen minutes. Make a call to your friend to see if he or she is ready for the exam or how they are preparing.
6. Avoid Heavy Food: Take care of your food. Avoid heavy food on the night of the exams. If you want intense focus, try to eat light. It will help if you want to pull off an all-nighter.
7. Avoid Bad Content: Take care of what you are consuming. Kindly avoid soft porn, which is quite prevalent, unfortunately, these days, on various OTT platforms. Watch something positive and motivational.

The whole idea is to take your mind off studies because it needs a break. If you don’t get sufficient breaks, you will feel stagnant, and that is when studying becomes boring.
